Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

We, Diana Matchett, Chartered Accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP110) and Colin Gower, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP20), both of BDO Christchurch, were appointed liquidators of the companies by special resolutions of the shareholders on 1 July 2022 at 10.00am. The liquidations commenced on our appointment.

Notice is hereby given that as liquidators of FRAMECRAFT PRODUCTS LIMITED (in liquidation) and DELMA 2 LIMITED (in liquidation), we fix 29 July 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 (as amended), or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before the debts are claimed or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
