Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Peri Finnigan (IP17) and Boris van Delden (IP57), chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of KEPA FINANCIAL SERVICES LIMITED, KEPA GENERAL LIMITED and KEPA FINANCIAL INVESTMENTS LIMITED (all in liquidation) following the directors’ resolutions as to solvency for each entity and the special resolutions of the shareholders for each entity on 30 June 2022 at 1.00pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. All liquidations are solvent.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 29 July 2022.
