Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Janet Sprosen and Leon Francis Bowker, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the companies by the High Court of New Zealand at Auckland on 1 July 2022 at 10.15am and 10.55am. The appointments were made on the application of Inland Revenue.

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 1 September 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
