Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Paul Thomas Manning and Jessica Jane Kellow, were appointed joint and several liquidators of GREENROOM SURF MEDIA LIMITED (in liquidation) by special resolution of the shareholders on 28 June 2022 at 9.30am. This is a solvent liquidation.
