Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that, subsequent to a resolution as to solvency, and in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies, at 3.00pm on 23 June 2022 and at 10.00am on 27 June 2022 respectively, appointed Victoria Toon, chartered accountant of Auckland, as liquidator of the above-named companies. KVR TRADING LIMITED was previously named UNO FREIGHT LIMITED until 2 May 2022.

The undersigned does hereby fix 25 June 2022 and 26 July 2022 respectively as the days on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distributions made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distributions.
