Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Company Numbers: 3765156, 5699838, 5487179

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by the shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act on 27 June 2022 at the times below:

• NELSON UNION LIMITED at 10.20am.
• NEREUS PROPERTIES LIMITED at 10.30am.
• LILY NELSON ALTRO GP LIMITED at 10.30am.

These are solvent liquidations.

Notice to Creditors

We fix 25 July 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
