Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidators

Pursuant to the Companies Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, Raymond Paul Cox (IP#94) and Mark Terence McDonald (IP#135), both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, were appointed joint and several interim liquidators of the company by an order of the High Court at Hamilton on the application of Island Grace (Fiji) Limited (in receivership and in liquidation). The interim liquidation commenced on 21 June 2022 at 4.15pm.
