Notice of Appointment of Replacement Liquidators

Adam Botterill (IP143) and Damien Grant (IP131), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed replacement liquidators of the above-named company on 13 June 2022 at 5.00pm, pursuant to section 243(6) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), at the meeting of creditors held for the company on 9 June 2022.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

This replaces the previous liquidators David Ian Ruscoe and Malcolm Russell Moore, of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, who were appointed by special resolution of shareholders on 2 May 2022.
