Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of DSBOUT LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 13 June 2022 at 10.31am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
