Notice of Appointment of Joint Liquidators

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that on 1 June 2022 at 10.06am, the shareholders of TEAGUE’S COMMERCIAL AND DOMESTIC SERVICES LIMITED passed a special resolution putting the company into liquidation and appointed Trevor Edwin Laing (IP32) and Emma Margaret Laing (IP103), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Trevor Laing & Associates Limited, as joint and several liquidators of the company.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by 30 June 2022. Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any of the company in liquidations property must provide details to the liquidators urgently.
