Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of BAYSUN LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 7 June 2022 at 11.20am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 15 July 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
