Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Peri Finnigan and Boris van Delden, chartered accountants and Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of PETMAR PROPERTIES LIMITED (in liquidation) following a directors’ resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders on 31 May 2022 at 10.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. The liquidation is solvent.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 30 June 2022.
