Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Dennis Clifford Parsons, chartered accountant of Hamilton, was appointed liquidator of PRO WIRE ELECTRICAL LIMITED on 3 June 2022 at 8.05am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice is given that the date of 15 July 2022 is fixed as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of and distribution made before the claim is made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
