Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Richard Nacey and Wendy Somerville, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of TARANAKI ENGINEERING PROUD LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at New Plymouth pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 27 May 2022 at 2.49pm on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 4 July 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
