Notice Pursuant to Section 320(2) of the Companies Act 1993 of Intention to Remove Companies From the Register

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 318(1)(e) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), the Registrar will be removing the companies from the Register on the grounds that the liquidator has completed their duties. The liquidator has delivered the documents referred to in section 257 of the Act to the Registrar.

Any objection to the removal under section 321 of the Act must be delivered to the Registrar by 28 January 2022.

The registered office of the companies is situated at Level 4, 93 Cambridge Terrace, Christchurch Central, Christchurch 8013.
