Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Take notice that HESLIPS HATCHERIES LIMITED (in liquidation) was ordered by the High Court at Timaru pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on 25 May 2022 to be put into liquidation.

Iain Andrew Nellies, Licenced Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 25 May 2022 at 9.30am, and creditors may make enquiries to the liquidator whose address is c/- Insolvency Management Limited, PO Box 1058, Dunedin 9054.
