Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that Benjamin Francis and Simon Dalton, both Licenced Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of the following companies:

• FEARLESS MEDIA LIMITED was placed into liquidation by resolution of shareholders on 10 May 2022 at 3.55pm.
• DLM LANDSCAPING CREATIONS LIMITED was placed into liquidation by order of the High Court at Auckland, on 13 May 2022 at 10.47am on the application of Simmonds Lumber (NZ) Limited.
• NEW GENERATION HOMES LIMITED was placed into liquidation by order of the High Court at Auckland, on 13 May 2022 at 10.07am on the application of JP & Sons Family Trustee Limited.

The undersigned hereby fixes 30 June 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
