Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Keaton Pronk (IP107), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of ASH CONSTRUCTION & INTERIORS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 6 May 2022 at 10.26am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on application of Aaron Jason Honey.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 16 June 2022.
