Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, accredited insolvency practitioner, has been appointed liquidator of the above-named company pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 by the shareholder on 12 May 2022 at 9.36am.

The liquidator fixes 15 June 2022 as the last day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company can claim and to establish any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993.
