On 11 May 2022, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that BRANDS AUSTRALASIA LIMITED be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 11 May 2022 at 9.15am.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 13 June 2022.
