Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Kelera Nayacakalou was appointed liquidator by special resolution of the shareholders of NZ CLEANING LIMITED on 27 April 2022 at 12.00pm.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

The liquidator has fixed 17 June 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
