On 5 May 2022, it was resolved by special resolution pursuant to section 241(2)(a) and an order of the High Court pursuant section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, respectively, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator.

By an order of the High Court at Napier pursuant to section 241(2)(c) on application of Joanna Denise Gibson and Fiona Louise Openshaw (as trustees of the JD Gibson Trust).

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 27 June 2022.
