Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Craig Sanson and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named companies by the High Court at Auckland pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 29 April 2022 on the application of Inland Revenue at the times listed below:

STRICKLAND CONTRACTING LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.33am.

VANGEN INTERNATIONAL EXPRESS LIMITED (in liquidation) at 10.35am.

FRONTLINE PERFORMANCE LIMITED (in liquidation) at 11.10am.

We fix 17 June 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
