Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Garry Whimp, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Whangarei, was appointed as liquidator of the company by the High Court at Christchurch on 28 April 2022 at 10.35am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

The liquidator fixes 1 July 2022 as the last day for creditors to make their claims and to establish any priority their claim may have in the liquidation.
