Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Claim

Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of the Company appointed David Ian Ruscoe (IP 50) and Malcolm Russell Moore (IP 42), both of Grant Thornton New Zealand Limited, as joint and several liquidators of the company. The liquidation commenced on 2 May 2022 at 7.05am.

Notice is also given that the liquidators hereby fix 23 May 2022 as the date on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under Section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made, or as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.

Please note, the liquidators are not in control of any other entities within the wider Armstrong Downes group and that all queries relating to other entities should continue to be directed through normal communication channels.
