Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Brent Thomas Dickins, Licenced Insolvency Practitioner of CS Insolvency, a division of Coombe Smith (PN) Limited, was appointed interim liquidator of the above-named company, by the Palmerston North High Court on 13 April 2022 at 11.27am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

The interim liquidator fixes 30 May 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act. Creditors who have not made a claim at the date declared may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution and may not object to that distribution.
