Notice of Appointment of Joint Liquidators

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that on 11 April 2022 at 11.05am, SOUTH CANTERBURY PROPERTY MANAGEMENT LIMITED (in liquidation) was placed in liquidation by shareholder resolution and Trevor Edwin Laing (IP32) and Emma Margaret Laing (IP103), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, of Trevor Laing & Associates Limited, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the company.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by 13 May 2022. Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any company property must provide details to the liquidators urgently.
