Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Peri Finnigan (IP17), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of JACOBSON CONSULTANTS LIMITED (in liquidation) following a director’s resolution as to solvency and special resolutions of the shareholders on 14 April 2022 at 9.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. The liquidation is solvent.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 20 May 2022.
