Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator of the above-named companies by order of the High Court of New Zealand at Wellington on 12 April 2022 at 10.33am and 10.34am respectively, upon the petition of Christina Goodwin.

The liquidation commenced on 12 April 2022 at 10.33am and 10.34am respectively.

The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 3 June 2022.
