Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

The shareholders of the companies resolved, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that Gordon Hansen, chartered accountant of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidations commenced on 8 April 2022 at the times stated below:

WARNBRO ENTERPRISES LIMITED (in liquidation) at 9.30am.

SUNRAY CORPORATION LIMITED (in liquidation) at 9.35am.

PACIFIC BASIN EDUCATIONAL FOUNDATION LIMITED (in liquidation) at 9.40am.

Creditors of the companies are to file their claims with the liquidator and to establish any priority their claims may have on or before 26 April 2022.

Creditors and shareholders may direct enquiries to the liquidator during normal business hours at the address and telephone number stated below.

These are solvent liquidations. Solvency certificates have been filed for each company.
