Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice of Creditors to Claim

Rhys Cain and Larissa Logan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of HOTEL & LEISURE CONSULTING LIMITED (“company”) by special resolution of the company’s shareholders pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 11 April 2022 at 10.00am.

We fix 8 July 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
