Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald was appointed liquidator of SYCAMORE PROPERTIES LIMITED on 22 December 2021 at 12.00pm. The liquidation is a solvent voluntary liquidation.

Please note the business and assets were sold to a new entity being ASSET RECRUITMENT LIMITED. This business continues to trade. The company placed into liquidation is the vendor of this business who undertook a name change as part of the sale transaction.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 4 February 2022 as the day on or before which creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or, as the case may be, from objecting to any distribution.
