Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Iain McLennan (IP82) and Colin Sanderson (IP89), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SPEEDY CONSTRUCTION LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Auckland on 1 April 2022 at 10.02am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on application of Independent Frames & Trusses (Takanini) Limited.

Peri Finnigan (IP17) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of COMPLETE FIRST AID SUPPLIES LIMITED (in liquidation) following a director resolution as to solvency on 7 April 2022 at 2.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993. The business was sold and continues to trade. The liquidation is solvent.
