Notice of Appointment of Liquidator and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that on 7 April 2022, in accordance with section 241 of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of each of the above-named companies appointed Timothy Chemaly, barrister and solicitor of Auckland, as liquidator.

The time of each liquidation is:

GK CONSTRUCTION 2018 LIMITED at 8.30am.

INEET INVESTMENTS LIMITED at 8.45am.

PH GROUP MANAGEMENT LIMITED at 8.50am.

WESTPORT VENTURES LIMITED at 9.00am.

Solvent Liquidation

In each case, the director has signed a declaration under section 243A of the Companies Act 1993 stating that the company in question will be able to pay their debts in full within a period of not more than 12 months after the appointment of a liquidator.

Proof of Debts

The undersigned does hereby fix 20 May 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
