Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of MARKEATON FARMS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Hamilton pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 ("Act") on 4 April 2022 at 11.01am on the application of Livestock Improvement Corporation Limited.

We fix 12 May 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
