Notice of Appointment of Joint Liquidators

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by order of the High Court at Dunedin on 31 March 2022 at 10.25am, SMITH & CO BUILDING LIMITED was placed in liquidation and Trevor Edwin Laing (IP32) and Emma Margaret Laing (IP103), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Trevor Laing & Associates Limited, were appointed as joint and several liquidators of the company. The petitioning creditor was Top Notch Roofing Otago Limited.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by 6 May 2022. Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any company property must provide details to the liquidators urgently.
