Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Peri Micaela Finnigan (IP17) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators following a director’s resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders of TILING TRADE SUPPLIES LIMITED (in liquidation) on 29 March 2022 at 2.15pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Pronk (IP107) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of SPELTA LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 30 March 2022 at 11.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Note: TILING TRADE SUPPLIES LIMITED is solvent.
