Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that Peter Reginald Seabrook Jollands and Catherine Jane Jollands, Certified Practising Accountants and Licenced Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the above-named company by the shareholders on 31 March 2022 at 9.08am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act.

Note: This is a solvent liquidation.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

We fix 6 May 2022 as the last day the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims, to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act, or to be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before their claims are made or from objecting to any distribution.
