On 24 March 2022 and 28 March 2022, it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that the above-named companies be liquidated and that Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator. The liquidations commenced on 24 March 2022 at 11.30am and 28 March 2022 at 10.45am respectively. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 2 May 2022.
