Boris van Delden (IP57) and Iain McLennan (IP82), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of REWARDS MARKETING LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholders on 18 March 2022 at 1.12pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
