Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) and Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

Pritesh Patel, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP120) was appointed as liquidator of COOL GADGETS LIMITED (in liquidation) following a director’s resolution as to solvency and a special resolution of the shareholders on 18 March 2022 at 10.00am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Pritesh Patel, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP120), was appointed as liquidator of PLASFAB ENGINEERING LIMITED (in liquidation) by a special resolution of the shareholder on 18 March 2022 at 10.30am pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Note: COOL GADGETS LIMITED is a solvent liquidation and a declaration of solvency has now been submitted to the Registrar of Companies.
