Notice of Watershed Meeting of Creditors of Companies Under Administration

Pursuant to Section 239AU of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that the Watershed Meeting will be held at 9.00am on 21 December 2022 at the office of Khov Jones (Unit i4, 5 Orbit Drive, Albany, Auckland). An audio-visual link will be available for creditors unable to attend in person.

The agenda for the meeting is:

1. For the creditors of the company to resolve that the administration end or the company be placed into liquidation;
2. Other general matters properly brought before the meeting.

Please note, creditors’ claims, proxies and/or postal votes must be received by the administrators by 9.00am on 19 December 2022 to be eligible to vote.
