Notice of Appointment of Administrator and
Notice of the First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is hereby given that Bryan Edward Williams, insolvency practitioner of Auckland, was appointed administrator of the company, pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993, on 1 December 2022.

The first meeting of creditors will be held at the premises of CHOCOLATE BROWN (2015) LIMITED (administrator appointed) at the address of 6 Mill Lane, Warkworth, Auckland on Tuesday 13 December 2022 commencing at 3.00pm.

The purpose of the meeting is to:

1. Decide whether to replace the administrator.
2. Decide whether to appoint a creditors committee and if so to appoint its members.
3. Receive and consider the directors’ statement of the company’s position.
4. Submit and consider an overview of the conduct of the administration.
