Notice of Appointment of Administrators

Pursuant to Section 239AN and 239AO of the Companies Act 1993

Company Numbers: 8130168 and 8164943

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several administrators of the above-named companies on 23 November 2022 at 9.00am pursuant to section 239I of the Companies Act 1993.

Notice to Creditors

Notice is also hereby given that a meeting of creditors will be held at 10.00am on 2 December 2022 at the office of Khov Jones (Unit i4, 5 Orbit Drive, Albany, Auckland) pursuant to section 239AN of the Companies Act 1993. An audio-visual link will be available for creditors unable to attend in person.

Such meeting is convened for the purposes of:

1. deciding whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, to appoint its members; and
2. deciding whether there is any need to replace the administrators.
