We, Rees Logan and Andrew McKay, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland (Registration Numbers IP34 and IP 40 respectively), were appointed joint and several administrators of the company on 15 November 2022.

Notice to Creditors

All creditors should forward details of any claim they may have against the company, including details of any claim made against the assets of the company in the prescribed claim form, to the administrators at the address detailed below. Notice of First Meeting of Creditors

Notice is now given that a meeting of the creditors of the company will be held at 1.00pm on Friday 25 November 2022 at the premises of Villa Dental, 697C Wairere Drive, Chartwell, Hamilton. Creditors who are unable to attend the meeting at the above location may attend online (Microsoft Teams) subject to providing the relevant claim form and proxy documents by due date. Please contact bri.auckland@bdo.co.nz before 1.00pm (NZST) Wednesday 23 November 2022 should you wish to attend the meeting online.

The business to be dealt with at the meeting is for creditors of the company to decide:

1. whether to appoint a creditors’ committee and, if so, its members; and
2. whether to replace Rees Logan and Andrew McKay as administrators.
