Notice of Dissolution of Partnership

In the matter of the Partnership Law Act 2019, and in the matter of the WAINGAKIA STATION PARTNERSHIP (also known as the LMJ Partnership) a partnership between James Edwin White, Alison Mary Pohatu and the trustees of the Estate of Leslie Dawson White (being the said Alison Mary Pohatu and Roger David White):

Take notice that, in accordance with section 74 of the Partnership Law Act 2019, this notice is to advise of the dissolution of the partnership known as the WAINGAKIA STATION PARTNERSHIP or LMJ Partnership, such partnership having been dissolved on 30 June 2021.
