Public Notice of Amalgamation Proposal

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 221(4) of the Companies Act 1993, that MANGATAHI FARM LIMITED, SUNCKELL PROPERTIES LIMITED and SUNCKELL VENTURES LIMITED being the amalgamated companies, propose to amalgamate on 31 March 2021. The amalgamated (continuing) company will be MANGATAHI FARM LIMITED.

Copies of the amalgamation proposal are available for inspection by any shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, at the registered office of the amalgamating companies during normal business hours.

A shareholder or creditor of an amalgamating company, or any person to whom an amalgamating company is under an obligation, is entitled to be supplied free of charge with a copy of the amalgamation proposal upon request to an amalgamating company.
