I intend to rectify the New Zealand Register of Companies in terms of section 360A(1)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 in relation to the following companies on the application of the following persons, by deleting incorrect documents as noted below and otherwise adjusting the Register.

1. To amend the Update Shares dated 9 April 2021. The effect being 499,900 shares were issued and the total number of shares are now 450,000 shares.
2. To amend the Particulars of Shareholdings dated 9 April 2021. The effect being the sole shareholder, BECA INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED 69188, hold 450,000 shares.

ENERGY ALTERNATIVES (NZ) LIMITED (1735229) – rectification shall comprise of the following:

1. To remove the Update Shares and Particulars of Shareholding dated 28 May 2020 and 3 June 2021. The effect being the total number of shares remain to be 1000 shares.
2. To record a Particulars of Shareholding dated 15 February 2020. The effect being a new shareholder, Organic Design Limited, with registered address at Aljeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Marshall Islands, MH96960, Marshall Islands, holds 100 shares and Dana Darwin holds 900 shares.
3. To record a Particulars of Shareholding dated 9 July 2020. The effect being Organic Design Limited holds 200 shares and Dana Darwin holds 800 shares.
4. To record a Particulars of Shareholding dated 22 July 2020. The effect being Organic Design Limited holds 490 shares and Dana Darwin holds 510 shares.
5. To submit amended annual returns for 2020 and 2021.
