Section 101 of the Limited Partnerships Act 2008

Take notice that I propose to restore the following limited partnerships to the Register on the application of Richard Mandeno, 182 Old Railway Road, RD 2, Kumeu 0892. I am satisfied that the limited partnership was at the time of deregistration either carrying on business and there is a proper reason for it to continue in existence.
