Notice of Intention to Transfer Registration of Company to Other Jurisdiction

Notice is hereby given that WORDSWORTH PR LIMITED intends, on or after 2 March 2021 to apply under section 351 of the Companies Act 1993 for the company to be removed from the New Zealand Register in connection with the company becoming incorporated under the law in force in Portugal.
